For the past twenty years, Mr. Macintosh has been involved in the analysis, financing and management of early-stage public and private companies. He is currently President, COO and a Director of Innovium Capital Corp. (formerly Agritek Bio Ingredients Corporation), a public company with investments in innovative early-stage opportunities.

Mr. Macintosh is a Director of CablesEdge Software Inc., the developer of Voice on the Go™. He is also Director of Macbairn Holdings (a private family real estate company). Mr. Macintosh has held senior management positions in a number of early-stage public and private companies in a variety of sectors including high technology, software development, mining and mineral exploration. He also spent six years in the stock brokerage business as a research analyst. Mr. Macintosh is actively involved in a number of community organizations and charities.
